Includes all butcher fees. Packages are made with a 65/35 ratio of ground beef to steaks and roasts, along with soup bones, etc. The steaks and roasts are a medley. Packages can be made in any amount that you specify. For example, if 100 lbs are ordered, 65 lbs of that would be ground beef and 35 lbs would be steaks and roasts, along with soup bones, etc.
